All packages have a tracking number.
This means that post officers need your signature to give you the package.

EU country's customers can expect their parcels to arrive within 6-8 business days.

Some times - especially before Hollidays - packages are somewhat delayed. This is due to the fact that many people send packages around the world these days and Post Offices are overwelmed.

YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO ASK for your package to YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE 2-3 weeks after purchase. Post officers keep the packages 15 days and then they return them back to the sender as "unclaimed". So to prevent the package from returning back, you can contact to the post office on time.

If your package is not delivered for about a month or more, and you have already asked for it without a result, please contact me.
I will send a FORMAL WRITTEN REQUEST to the Hellenic Post and in collaboration with your local Post Office they will locate the item even if there is no online tracking information, and they will promote it to your adress.
Even a package have never been lost.
